The Meet begins with a special Assembly wherein athletes volunteer themselves to share their experiences highlighting the significance of sports.
During the whole Meet, students indulge in a plethora of activities namely Sack race, 200/100 Mtr Flat race, Cross the hurdle, Frog jump, Book Balancing, Pack your Bag, Inter House 100×4 Mtr Relay Race, Tug of War, and many more. Sports and games in school empower youth, promote high self-esteem, bring about motivation, and give participants unbelievable and life-altering opportunities.
